• DECOCTION (Rosemary, Pine tree leaf): An extraction method in which the active ingredients are extracted by long boiling herbs or medicinal plants in water over low heat.
• TINCTURE (Ginger, Black rice, Black beans, Black sesame, Eggplant, Mulberry, Pepper): An extraction method by dissolving herbs or medicinal plants in ethyl alcohol for a certain time without external heat in order to extract useful active ingredients. Both water-soluble and fat-soluble ingredients can be extracted with ethyl alcohol. The low molecular weight active ingredients obtained in this way penetrate quickly into the skin or hair.
